Issue 28 of Land Times /أحوال الأرض tracks the various transitions in which civil society activity is facing policies and issues in this period of multiple crises. It focuses on developments in the Middle East/North Africa, as well as globally, amid conflict, occupation and war, climate change, displacement and food insecurity. The positive transitions are found in the development of norms and standards, more-ecological social thought, civil engagement, and accountability. All efforts aim toward effective measures, remedies and solutions to perils that bind us all.
