The United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) and the Council of European Municipalities and Regions organized a parallel event to the 4th UCLG Congress at Rabat, Morocco on the right to the city experiences. The exchange of experience formed part of a Congress theme: Promoting Diversity. Both HIC and its partner POLIS Institute (Brazil) featured prominently in the panel and discussions.
